Felicia Brady, Practice Manager

Prior to joining Therapy Tree Services in 2021, Felicia spent ten years as the office manager of a large multidisciplinary pediatric therapy practice in Raleigh. After taking a year off following the birth of her son, she knew she wanted to rejoin the world of pediatric therapy, but with a smaller company where she felt she could make more of a direct impact.

As the mother of a child who has experienced global developmental delays, Felicia is uniquely qualified to understand the emotional hardships and frustrations that come along with having a child who struggles to communicate. She is passionate about ensuring that all children and families have access to the support and resources necessary to help their child succeed.

Felicia lives in Clayton with her husband and their son, Connor. In her spare time, she enjoys long trips to Target, listening to music, reading, and spending time with her family.
