Kendall Peeler, MS, CCC-SLP
Bilingual Spanish

Kendall has over 5 years of experience working with children
with communication disorders. While she has had the opportunity to provide speech and language services to children from 14 months to 17 years, much of her experience has been with children between the ages of 18 months to 5 years. Kendall believes that therapy is most effective when the child, caregiver, and therapist work collaboratively and are all active participants in reaching the child’s communication goals.

Kendall has gained experience treating children across many settings including homes, daycares,
community settings, Head Start, and private clinics. She has worked with a variety of
communication delays and disorders including receptive/expressive language delay, autism,
genetic disorders, developmental delays, articulation and phonological delays, and childhood
apraxia of speech. Kendall has received training in early intervention practices as well as the
implementation of low and high tech alternative and augmentative communication systems.
Kendall has had the pleasure of working with many Spanish-speaking families and is a bilingual
clinician.

In 2015, Kendall received her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature with a minor in Speech
and Hearing Sciences from UNC-Chapel Hill. In 2017, Kendall received her Master of Science
in Communication Sciences and Disorders from East Carolina University.

In her free time, Kendall enjoys exploring the local greenway system, reading, having
game nights with friends, and attending Zumba classes at the gym.
