Questions about joining our team
What does a typical caseload look like?
Full-time therapists are asked to maintain at least 32 visits per week. Sessions are 30 minutes in length. We encourage therapists to stay in the SAME zip codes each day, minimizing drive time between clients. We work diligently to place therapists in optimal areas.
Who creates my schedule?
You do! Therapists are given the freedom to create their own hours, schedules, and service areas. Happy, independent therapists are our top priority.
Will I work alone or with others?
In-home therapists typically work alone. However, we schedule social events and trainings regularly to encourage collaboration and friendships!
Do you pay for indirect time?
Yes! Our per-session rate is an hourly rate. Sessions last for 30 minutes, leaving another 30 minutes for paperwork and drive time. Our evaluation rate is much higher, allowing for the extra time to complete reports.
What is expected of me for documentation?
Therapists are responsible for daily SOAP notes, updated plans of care every 6 months, evaluation reports, and discharge summaries. Our EHR system is designed with templates to make documentation easier.
